Foster Constructive Dialogue

APsA must find new ways to move past polarization and foster dialogue that strengthens, rather than divides, our community. 

I have the will and the skills to reduce division, drawing on my experience leading more than 180 international town halls to create forums where colleagues can engage across differences with respect and depth.   As President, I will work to build a culture of respect and inclusion that transforms conflict into deeper understanding and makes dialogue a source of growth and renewal for our Association.

Respectful dialogue will transform APsA toward a resilient future.
