Ballots will be sent around Friday, December 19, 2025

• By email if APsA has your email
• By postal mail if no email is on file

✔ Check Your Inbox Carefully

Search for: “APsA Election”

Also check your Spam and Promotions folders.

✔ Choose How You Want to Vote

You may vote by:

✅ Online (fastest and easiest)

✅ By mail (proxy)

✅ In person at the National Meeting

✔ Submit Your Vote by the Deadline

• For online or mail voting: Friday, January 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM (ET)
• For in-person voting: Friday, January 30, 2026 at 8:00–8:30 AM PT @ Palace Hotel, San Francisco
