Guide Technology with Core Values

APsA has a 5-year window to demonstrate to the IPA the effectiveness of online training.

This moment calls for leadership that understands both the possibilities and the concerns.  I bring

deep expertise in teleanalysis, virtual teaching, and hybrid international programming, but my

goal is not to advocate uncritically.  It is to lead a thoughtful and sophisticated dialogue about

how technology can support — and sometimes challenge — our analytic work.  As past chair of

the International Teleanalysis Clinical Research Group, I will ensure that innovation always

remains guided by our core values of connection, accessibility, and analytic integrity.

Technology must serve psychoanalysis, enhancing access while preserving its essence.
