APsA and its Institutes face urgent succession challenges.


The future of APsA depends on generational renewal.  To remain vital, we must cultivate early-career analysts as tomorrow’s leaders.  One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been mentoring younger colleagues and watching them step into leadership.  I have done this in practice by creating leadership pathways at my institute, where an Associate Faculty category now represents one-quarter of the faculty.  I will bring this same focus to APsA, ensuring that our future is built on innovation, mentorship, and the cultivation of tomorrow’s leaders.
